SRIS Chicago uses the Cambridge Education System, which means we use Cambridge-approved books and follow the Cambridge Curriculum, along with the Illinois Curriculum, which ensures that international standards are met.

Cambridge curricula are based on state-of-the-art educational research and systematically develop students to be ready for today's work environment.

This concept of systematic and age development is called the Cambridge Pathways. Silk Road International School has been a certified Cambridge International School since 2016. Due to a change in ownership, we have been re-certified in 2020 as a Cambridge International School in Bishkek.

Cambridge GCSE results are reviewed by the Cambridge Assessment International Examinations (CAIE) to ensure that each school meets the standards set by Cambridge International Education.
